Photos from several sides (straight from the top and the side) and the main dimensions in mm. A ruler or calliper in the photo helps. Not sure? Just send it; we'll tell you if anything is missing.

Within one business day. You get a fixed price, or for complex work an estimate with the hours. We only start after your approval.

A STEP file (editable CAD) and an STL (print-ready) as standard. 3MF, OBJ or a dimensioned 2D PDF are possible too; mention it in your request.

You do, as soon as the invoice is paid. Use the files as often as you like, at any printer or manufacturer.

One revision round. Further changes or a change of direction are billed hourly, always agreed in advance.

Simple work: 1–2 business days after approval. Recreating a part: usually 2–4 business days. Larger work: we agree a date up front.

Usually not; good photos with dimensions are enough. If it is hard to measure we discuss it first. You always get it back.

Yes. JVL Prints can print it right after, if you want. You don't have to: the file is yours.

Consumers pay up front (card or iDEAL); above a threshold 50% deposit and the rest on delivery. Businesses pay by invoice within 14 days.

Sometimes a part cannot be recreated reliably from photos. We tell you before we start. Then you pay nothing.

Yes: €55/h excl. VAT, invoice on account, reverse-charge VAT within the EU, NDA on request and always the same drafter.

Yes. We repair the mesh, fix wall thicknesses and split the model if it doesn't fit the build plate.
