Which data
Contact details (name, email, optionally phone, address and for businesses company name, registration and VAT number).
Assignment data: photos, sketches, dimensions, files and messages you exchange with us.
Payment data: invoices, payment status and the reference of our payment provider (no full card or bank details).
Technical data: login details (password encrypted) and server logs with IP address for security.
Why
To assess your request, quote a price, do the work and invoice it (performance of the contract).
To comply with the law (records kept for 7 years).
With your consent: statistics and ad measurement via cookies (see cookie policy).
How long
Assignment data and files: as long as your account exists so you can access them later; deleted earlier on request. Invoices: 7 years. Server logs: at most 30 days.
Who else
Hosting on a server in the EU. Email via our mail provider. Payments via our payment provider. With your consent: Google (Analytics/Ads). We never sell data.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email info@jvlcad.com. Complaints can be lodged with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
