My STL won't print well. Can you fix it?
Yes. We repair the mesh, fix wall thickness and split it if it doesn't fit the plate. If the file is too messy we redraw it as STEP — the proposal says so up front.
What's the difference between STL and STEP?
STL is a print file (triangles, not editable). STEP is the real CAD model: dimensions can still be changed later. You get both by default.
Can you make a file from a 3D scan?
Yes. A scan is a good starting point; we draw the part cleanly over it so faces and holes are right.
How fast?
You see the proposal right away, confirmation within 1 working day; simple work is done 1–2 working days after approval.
