My photos aren't perfect. Does it still work?
Usually yes. Send what you have; if a dimension or angle is missing the intake asks before you see a proposal. You pay nothing until you agree.
Will the redrawn part really fit?
We draw with the clearance a print needs (usually 0.1–0.3 mm) and tell you which dimensions are critical. If something is off, one revision is included.
Do I have to ship the broken part?
Almost never. Good photos with dimensions are enough. If it's hard to measure we discuss first — and you always get it back.
Can you print it right away?
Yes. JVL Prints can print it straight after. You don't have to: the file is yours and works with any printer.
